Hi, I’m Chelsey
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Holistic Wellbeing Coach.
I offer therapeutic, hands-on bodywork to support tension relief, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Alongside my in-person practice, I guide women through gentle, live online yoga designed to support nervous system regulation and a deeper reconnection with the body.
My coaching, programs, and community spaces are created specifically for mothers who are seeking more support, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of balance in their daily lives.
My approach blends therapeutic care, mindful movement, and practical tools—so you can feel more grounded, supported, and at ease within yourself.
