A Little Space to Breathe
If you've been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tense, or stretched too thin, this evening is an invitation to come back to yourself.
No pressure. No perfect poses.
Just three simple practices to help you discover what you may need more of:
Movement. Release. Rest.
Mind • Body • Soul
MIND · MOVE + BUILD
5:00–5:25 PM
Gentle Hatha movement and strength to help you feel grounded, supported, and connected to your body.
BODY · OPEN + SOFTEN
5:30–5:55 PM
Gentle stretching and mobility for common areas of tension including the jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, back, and hips.
SOUL · SUPPORT + SETTLE
6:00–6:25 PM
Restorative postures, breathing, and guided relaxation to reduce demand and allow meaningful rest.
Join one, two, or all three.
No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Modifications and varriations offered so you can choose what works for your body.
More Than Yoga
Throughout the evening, I'll weave in simple, practical education to help you understand what you're noticing in your body and how you can respond in everyday life.
You'll leave with one simple question:
What do I need right now?
MOVE — when you need movement, strength, or grounding
SOFTEN — when your body needs less tension or to be more open
SETTLE — when you need less demand and more rest
Different moments need different things.
This Is For You If…
You’re looking for a gentle way to:
Reduce stress and tension
Slow down a busy mind
Feel more grounded
Reconnect with your body
Create more calm in everyday life
No previous yoga experience or flexibility is needed.
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Chelsey.
Yoga became part of my life nearly 20 years ago when I attended a Baby & Me class as a young single mom. It gave me a place to pause, breathe, and care for myself during a busy season of life.
I graduated from a 3,000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program in 2009, completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, and later became a Holistic Wellbeing Coach.
Today, I combine nearly two decades of yoga practice, more than 15 years of clinical experience, mindful movement, nervous system education, and practical wellbeing tools.
I created this program for women who carry a lot and could use one consistent place each week to come back to themselves.
You are welcome to begin exactly as you are.
Want to Continue?
The free experience lets you experience the method.
The six-week program helps you build the skills.
Over six weeks, we'll progressively explore:
NOTICE — What am I noticing?
SUPPORT — What might help?
CAPACITY — Can I stay connected through challenge?
RELEASE — What can I put down?
RESPOND — What do I actually need?
TRUST — Can I listen, choose, and adjust?
Each week builds on the last so you can become better at understanding your own patterns and responding to what you need.
The goal isn't perfect regulation. It's becoming better at returning to yourself.
Teen girls and single mothers can also access the complete program at no cost through Growing Together.
Give Yourself This Time
You don’t need another thing to accomplish.
Just a little space to breathe, move, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Absolutely.
This workshop was created with beginners in mind. Each practice includes gentle guidance and modifications, so you can participate at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.
The focus isn't on perfect poses—it's on helping you feel more connected, more resilient, and more at ease in your everyday life.
-
Flexibility isn't required. The goal isn't to achieve a particular pose—it's to work with your body as it is today.
-
Not at all.
You're welcome to participate with your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
This is a supportive, judgment-free environment where your comfort always comes first.
-
Please listen to your body and move within your comfort level.
You'll be encouraged to modify poses whenever needed, and reminders will be provided throughout each class to support safe movement.
Standing, seated, chair-supported, wall-supported, and mat-based options will be offered throughout.
If you're unsure whether this workshop is appropriate for you, feel free to reach out before registering.

Congratulations!
Many women continue to enjoy gentle yoga during pregnancy. However, because every pregnancy is unique, I recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before participating.
If you choose to join, please listen to your body, modify movements as needed, and skip anything that doesn't feel comfortable. This program encourages mindful movement rather than pushing your limits.

A comfortable space to move and a computer, tablet, or smartphone with Zoom access.
A yoga mat can be helpful, but it isn't required. Pillows, blankets, yoga blocks, or a chair are optional and can make some practices more comfortable.

Life happens, and I know schedules don't always go as planned.
The workshop will be recorded, so registered participants who cannot attend live will receive access to the replay.
