When opting in, you will receive a 24 page PDF workbook and 1-2 videos a day for 7 days. Each day has a tool that, when practiced regularly, helps manage life's inevitable stressors. You will always have access to the guided videos so you can add favourite one(s) into your daily routine. All you have to do is sign up and reserve up to 20 minutes per day for a week to do the challenge. Over the week you will be taught valuable skills that can soothe your stress and bring more inner peace into your life:)
