Hi, I’m Chelsey, and I’ve been where you are. After overcoming a challenging upbringing, single motherhood, and various personal struggles, I found my calling in helping others—especially moms—find balance, joy, and emotional resilience. Through years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Life Coach, I’ve developed a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

I know firsthand that motherhood is hard, and that it’s easy to lose yourself in the chaos. But I’ve also learned that when we invest in ourselves—emotionally, mentally, and physically—we can create a life that feels peaceful, fulfilling, and joyful. That’s why I created this program: to help you unlock your inner strength, create sustainable habits, and find the peace you deserve.

  1. Is this program for me if I’m a busy mom?
    Yes! This program is designed for busy moms who want to create more peace and balance in their lives, even with a packed schedule.
  2. How much time do I need to commit?
    You can expect to spend about 3 hours per week during the live sessions which include: 1 live coaching session, 1 community connection call and 2 live yoga classes each week. There is also weekly challenges and homework that can take varying amounts of time. Most can be incorporated into your day, however, an additional 10-15 minutes per day to practice the exercises will also be recommended.
  3. What if I can’t be there live?  Everything will be recorded so you can catch up when it works for you. You also can send in questions to be answered ahead of time:) 
  4. Can I join if I’ve never done yoga or meditation before?
    Absolutely! This program is suitable for all levels, and we’ll guide you through each practice step-by-step.
  5. What happens after the program ends?
