Join a community of mom’s on a deeply impactful journey inwards to bring more uplifting experiences day to day. Guided through a process of supporting your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health, the intention is to improve capacity to transform lower emotional patterns into increasingly higher states of being. New expanded awareness, perspective, energy and coping skills allow you to not only confidently solve your problems with clarity and strength but also support your ability to create the life you desire most.

In this program:

  • Practice tools for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing through yoga and coaching 
  • Complete one emotional intelligence module a week at a pace and time that works best for you, then ask questions, share your new discoveries, successes and challenges during weekly group coaching 
  • Basic review of weekly module, short holistic healthy lifestyle trainings and personal development exercises on Thursday’s coaching 
  • Join any of the 3 live yoga classes each week that work for you
  • 12 short yoga videos, from 5-15 minutes, to bring the practice easily into your daily life with flexibility
  • A weekly call for questions and support about any aspect of the program on Wednesdays
